We really enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Inn&Suites. Our room was very clean, quiet with everything we needed. Breakfast area was fully stocked, ms Charito did a great job helping everyone with coffee and waffles. She even asked if we needed anything else when it was almost time to close the kitchen. Thank you and we’ll definitely stay here next time!

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Love the warm cookies on arrival 😋 Hotel seems brand new so rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. Couldn't find fault for what we had paid. Location was good for us as we were just travelling through, but there didn't seem much else around the area. Not an issue for us though.

Very Clean, Smells amazing when you walk through any entrance to the bldg. Rooms are spacious. The breakfast buffett has something for everyone. Plenty of options to choose from. Computer and printer acces also! Checkout the fall happy hour, flyer in pics. Customer service is excellent! I will return!

I had to extend my stay for a few more days and when I went down to pay for the additional nights they DOUBLE CHARGED my card. When I noticed the next day and went down to the desk to complain I was told it's just something that their system does sometimes! Got a followup email from the manager arguing that it was just PENDING and didn't go through, like that makes their credit card fraud ok? The bottom line is I didn't have access to almost $400.00 in my account because either they are shady, or incompetent!

Wonderful team that works here. Great customer service and very clean rooms. The breakfast area was clean and the variety of items was wonderful. We had the waffles that were very good. We would definitely recommend and return when we visit Jacksonville.

I was charged $20 early check in because I arrived at 2:30and check in wasnÂ¿t until 4:00. I didnt agree with that but I was traveling by car and wanted to get my room. The rooms were already clean and ready so why not just let people check in
